Best swap for this car

Im looking to buy a 94 accord ex-i (2dr) 5sp, and wanna swap the engine for sure, i want it to have some speed to it ,tho ,i don't wanna race all the time, i just wanna have good all round power without breaking the bank too much.

I haven't had any good advice on this yet so anything will help me

If you're REALLY concerned about your wallet, you could also swap an H23. A little more low-end grunt, but not as much horsepower. Much easier on the wallet, plus it's simpler to turbo if you ever get that wild hair up your ass.

what kinda horse power does a h23 have and is there a big difference to the h22

The H22 has 30-40 more horses, depending on year and where is came from. The H23A1 has 160 horses, the H22A1 from 93-96 USDM Preludes has 190, the H22A4 from 97+ USDM Preludes has 195, and the JDM H22A has 200.
