best webhosting site?

I am looking for the best easyest to use (not HTML whise, like log in, upload ect..) I can do all my own HTML just need a place to upload some pictures and make a basic website...I don't want to pay for it unless I get www.yournamehere.com witch I don't want right now anyhow, so if you guys can think of any I've been looking and they all look crapy to me so tell me what you think...THanks

i just found this one. it's free and it dosen't slap a banner anywhere on your site, which is unherd of with free hosting.

im not what you're looking for anyway. i offer no control panel. you get an ftp name, and thats it.
