i have a 90 civ si with a obdo ls conversion. I swaped the motor and brakes dont work. new master cylinder And can i get a Tegi 15/16 Master

Yeah, you can use that master if you swap the booster too. I'll bet some of your vacuum lines aren't connected properly, and the booster isn't working.

How do i get booster out alota work
Is there a vacuum diagram i can look at
I never took any brake lines off and when you pump them thek stick but when you drive they go to the floor

You have to go under the dash to get the booster out.

You had to have removed some of the brake vacuum lines to swap the engine. I don't have a vacuum diagram online- that's what factory service manuals are for. Search.
