Hey, I got my 98 Civic Ex aligned today. It has Neuspeed Sport Springs (1.5" F 1.75" R).
The most the rear could be adjusted was to 2.7 degrees. The front got within a few hundreths of a degree.
Toe-in was completely adjustable and done to oem specs. Caster wasn't bad.
I'd look on the net for a walkthrough on using washers to shim the rear to get the camber good. The front really isn't worth it since I'm almost perfectly adjusted now w/o any camber kits. The back will wear a bit, tho.
