is it possible for a 96 civic ex with a b16 in it and turbo to hit solid 12's on street tires and be a reliable daily driver?

It is all about good tuneing. Go mid-high compression (like 9.5ish:1), some nice forged internals, maybe a b17a crank, solid head, and a decent amount of boost would be pretty helpful. Also, hoosier street slicks are street tires by scca rules

sure....but its going to cost money if you want it to be fast and a daily driver that lasts
