clutch....

So today i noticed my clutch pedal is out farther than normal...I have to let it out way more for it to start gripping...seems kinda like its not grabbing good either..
Is my clutch going out? B16a..into ef.

It might be your clutch cable stretching/starting to come apart, but could also be the clutch going bad as well. Try adjusting the cable and see if it improves at all.

i adjusted the cable alot today. Seems like its slipping a little, and now the gears grind some times and i try to put it into gear.

Might be time for a clutch.. there isn't really anything else you can check on the outside that I can think of.
