So I go back to court again today, damn shame I'm looking at another 40 days, really it's 60 but I can only go to one of the courts today. I'll end up getting detained and going to court again while I'm in jail and have another consecutive 20 dats...


If all goes well, I can get more SLAP (aka, community service type shit)
 
good luck. take it as a lesson to keep you nose clean, both figuratively and litterally. I've been on the straight and narrow for about 5 yrs now. It's working for me, but there is an identity issue. I don't use anything anymore, and i have to walk away from problems now instead of solving them my old ways. I'm trying to learn to talk when people agravate me, not easy for me. It useually ends up with me saying fuck it, and walking off, but hey I havent been in leagel trouble in a few years. I can't afford it any more, I've got a good job working for the government, and if i get in leagel trouble it would cost me my job, and the way of life I've become acustom to. My son deserves better than that, so if I have to swallow my pride, then thats what i have to do. As far as staying clean that's not hard, I just kept busy, besides i've never had a problem with that if I wanted to, except for nicotine.
 
Yea, this was some old stuff I never dealt with. I finally decided to get it over with.

This is the last two things left besides probation which I don't have that long left.


If I could get a job, I'd be good, but I'm having some issues. After I finish this up I should be good to go out and actually start working again

In the past when I didn't have much to look forward to, I found jail as an escape. I even used to say it was like a vacation. I kicked back, read a lot, worked out, gambled way too much and no one really bothered me other then to claim what they won at gambling
 
He's going to keep getting locked up, if he keeps doing stupid shit.

He moved away from New Jersey, because everytime he was in trouble it was someone else's fault or the police being too rough on him. He moves out to Colorado and gets himself into meth and other stupid shit.

Enough is enough, my man. Just stop doing stupid shit.
 
Yeah dude... settle the fuck down before you're too far gone. It's why I don't do what I used to do anymore. Shit will start catching up real quick and before you know it, you're looking at REAL jail time.

Time to grow up and be a part of productive society.
 
Yup, got out yesterday with some extra good and work credits.

I stopped the BS, this was old shit I had to take care of. The judge gave me some leniency, but not enough to keep me out of jail, I was sentenced to 25 days did 15, plus another 30 days community service, plus a stupid amount of fines that I can never pay.

Now it's job time, even though I have one more court appearance, and another 20 day sentence or so to do.
