CR-V ABS issue

I've been having a problem with the CR-V when it rains the ABS light comes on and when I hit the brakes I can feel the ABS kicking in at low speed. Recently I started feeling it kick in even when it's dry. I checked brake fluid because I don't really know where to start abs the fluid level is good. Any other ideas?

There's speed sensors down by the brakes.... they are like 20 bucks a pop, i'd suggest cleaning them or even replacing them. They are a wear item. my bmw ate these like once a year.
