why not just get a DOHC ZC engine? - if you were to put a DOHC ZC head on a D16Y8 without changing pistons, you would end up with compression ratio of 7.95:1 which is not much good for anything - DOHC ZC heads have been swapped onto SOHC D-series blocks, but not without a lot of machining - a ton of work to get the same thing as you would (provided you changed pistons) if you just used a DOHC ZC
