Engine Light

The dumbass that worked on my car didn't do things right and I has sensors out all over the place. I'm almost able to pass DEQ but I need my engine light to be on when the ignition is on and the engine light to be off when the car is running. Well, he cut my engine light somewhere and I don't know where to start looking.

Where is the most convienent place to cut the wire that goes to the engine light ?

do you have to take the dash apart to get to the cluster ?

couple of screws . . . nothing big. he probably took out the bulb for the CEL. people like that suck ass.
