i found a b16a2 w/ ctr pistons , new bearings, water pump,oil pump for $800. is that worth it? another thing, do you guys have any tips on how to trust a private owner thats selling engines, any questions to ask? thanks.

ask for the milage, also for that price it sounds like it does not have a tranny for that price, but that is not bad at all for a long block.
