lately i've been spot on.. i fire once and get the kill.. 90 more headshots away from finishing my m16

how do you know if you finish it? does that mean there aren't any more reward points for it?

go to barracks .. then challenges and it'll show you everything there is to do..

you can check your accuracy, your k/d ratio etc..

my k/d is probably 1:10....i started out REALLY bad. this is my first, first person shooter. i never even played halo or goldeneye.

my accuracy was about 17% so i started using the FAL just to bring it up right now im at about 20% and my k/d is 1.13
hardcore to me seems to have gotten harder these last few days

you have to race to your spot, then move just a little. not camping mind you, but get to where you want to have a good vantage point. it's much less blatant sprinting. stay close to walls and cover points.

mw2 is rough. it caters VERY much to those of higher xp levels.

reach level 20, and you realize it's not that tough. you will average around 15 kills.

To me, MW2 seems a bit unbalanced. Like if you're good enough to get a few kills and get your killstreak rewards then the game pretty much plays itself for you. On CoD4, an airstrike or a helicopter didn't necessarily mean the end of the game. On MW2, once the harriers show up and the missiles are raining down it seems like it's pretty much game over.

Meh, like I said, I'll work at it a while before I give up. I might end up just going back to CoD4 though...

the airstrikes make it a little tougher, but sometimes fags will sit there and glitch. normally there is only 1 or 2 per game. you can just sit and wait it out. and many of the levels have a lot of cover or are largely indoors.

if you are with a good crew, you can have someone shoot it down within 10-20 seconds. if everyone sucks, then you are screwed.

i have them down within 10 seconds.. i have a javelin and coldblooded in everyone of my classes

Learning the dynamics of each map will lead you to have a much better experince. On most maps there are always hot spots where most of the action goes down. Once you get that down you can naviagate around campers and the like.

I havnt played CoD in a few weeks now. Ive been playing Mass Effect 2 for the most part when I am able to get online. Ill probably be throwing MW in this weekend though.

That depends. On COD4, if you get your uav, you can find them easier, get two more kills and get two more with your airstrike. Once you get your chopper kill yourself or wait to get killed then call in your chopper. Then it'll do the work for you. I've literally had games on COD4 where I got my first 5 kills then never bothered to fire my gun again because the chopper got me another chopper.

This is why I like MW2 SO MUCH more... different rewards, and the killstreak you use to get kills after you respawn doesn't count toward your new killstreak. So in essence, YOU have to get the kills to get the streaks. The choppers won't get them for you. Also the fact that Cold Blooded negates any air support makes it so much nicer.

I unlocked the m16 today and i have to say it is epic.

Ive notice that air strikes dont get as many kills it seems. But i have also learned many of the hot spots, But they also tend to move depending on the players you are with. Such as today i was at the quarry and the hot area seamed to be the big red warehouse. Then i switched servers later played quarry with a different set of guys and most of the game was spent in the area around the fuel tanks.

So I was playing the other day, and somehow I just died. I wasn't quite sure how it happened. On the Kill Cam I watched myself running and then a care package dropped right on my head, lol...

my worst way of death; i got turned around in the upper building level, ran out the wrong window and plummeted to my demise.
