GSR Cams in a JDM B16???

Is it worth the swap for the power increase? I've been receiving mixed answers. I know exhaust duration is slightly shorter, but they increase lift. Intake duration/lift is higher. The cams are USDM GS-R spec. I've been told they add power if installed in the JDM 2nd generation B16. Cam installation is simple as it goes, but not worth my time unless I'll notice a power increase. If some one could confirm the power increase/or shoot it down for sure, I'd appreciate it! Thanks!

the gsr is slighty bigger, but you won't see much of a gain from it. frankly, i don't think its worth the time to swap out. 2-3 whp??? maybe a couple more in the midrange...
