Gsr Cams

okay, my friend just GAVE me some gsr cams...i have a first gen b16a and i was wondering which cams were better...will the gsr's give me any additional power? and will i have to upgrade my valve train to run the gsr's?

the gsr cams are better, and you don't need to upgrade your valvetrain.

just make sure they are in good shape and not worn.

the 99 si cams are pretty close to SiR ones...
