H22 flywheel timing

i recently swapped out the old h23a1 for a jdm h22a. while doing this i had to remove the flywheel from the old motor and put it on the new, not paying any attention at all to the timing marks. my question is now that the flywheel is on, and im sure the timing marks dont match up properly, how do i go about timing it correctly.
