H23 Turbo ?s

Ok so i have a stock H23 layin around and ive talked to a guy on here about building the motor and then slappin a turbo kit on it. He told me that the H23 head design was similar to the 4g63 head in exhaust design and that i could rob a complete eclipse or talon turbo setup then change the charge piping and get a FMIC. Is this true? Would the eclipse turbo header be compatible with my engine? I wasnt sure if he was talkin out his ass or not so i thought i would get some info.

The DSM manifolds DO work on the F series and I'm told the H23 is the same too.

I'm pretty sure the DSM manifold will bolt up with some hole trimming/drilling.
