yea, that's obvious, but it's more than SOME of the time... it's the MAJORITY of the time... some of them though have some really nice looking cars... some of them totally ruin a good looking car with a 'collage of fiberglass'.

i was referring to tuners in general. some of them are asian, some of them are black, some of them are white, some of them are mexican. but when say that i didn't mean it that way. dork.
