On a related note, no home team since 1985 has won 3 middle consecutive games in the finals. If any team can fight the odds, its the Lakers. Pistons are gonna lose tomorrow, then its back to the Staples Center for two more wins. Lakers in 7. Fuck detroit.

No team has come back from a 3-1 deficit, in a finals series, the Cletics did it in the playoffs back in '81, but I don't know which round. However, you are right that no team has never sweeped all three games at home, but which stat has more of an impact? The Pistons can afford to lose two more games, the Lakers don't. The Pistons will win, whether you like it or not, the Lakers are a two man team, if they shut down Kobe or Shaq there is no other player on that team that can take them to victory.

I agree...Pistons are a solid team. But im not losing faith in the Lakers until Larry Brown walks off the court with a trophy in his hands.

having a 3-1 lead is huge, but anything is possible...not likely, but possible. as solid as the pistons are, the lakers are due for a breakout game; everyone knows that they're better then they have been the last 2 games. i'll stop worrying about the lakers coming back when the pistons win 1 more game..haha

yea, i cant drink hard shit tho. last time i did i had about a fifth of gin, and went to a high school basketball game. i made it thru the first quarter, butttt i was puking in the girls locker room the rest of the game. the girls and all the cheerleaders and the refs were all in there watching me yuking everywhere...then the principal kicked me out haha

I think that beer tastes like shit, I never drink it. Smirnoff may be for "pussies" but at least the shit taste better than beer. I also find it funny that people need like 10 beers to get drunk, but need 20 smirnoffs to get the same effect. They have the same amount of fucking alcohol. I'll take my hard liqour with a chaser any day, or of course an Adios Mother Fucker, THAT IS MY DRINK BABY!!! Three of thoughs and I am fucking toasted.
