J30 to J35?

Hey guys. I have a 99 EX V6 and I was wondering if a MDX J35 could be swapped in? If so, does anyone know what is involved in terms of making it work? Thanks

I heard you CAN do that but you must modify the hood due to the fact the engine would stick up higher than normal
