first time, i got swap JDM h22a into 99 accord which is very very complicated.. so, found that JDM h22a wont possilbe pass the smog.. how can i pass the smog? help me! change ecu? all i know is HERE CALIFORNIA have very very strict with the SMOG. help me if u have expierence with pass the smog in CALIFORNIA.
