k20 probs

my friend did a k20 swap and the dlc isnt communicating with the rest of the car and he has it wired it correctly and has tried both ecus what may be the problem???

is it a true 2001 type r because if it is, it will look just like the rsx as we know it

ok for that car he is going to need a kpro ecu for it to work

and the reason why is the k series motors have immobilizers in them making it to where you have to have a kpro in non k series cars for the motor to start.unless you swap over the complete immobilizers system and have the key that was made for that motor
