what size exhust do you think would work best with a ls/vtec?

i wouldn't go any bigger than 2.5" if its NA. Turbo...couldn't tell you. just my opinion.

Depends on engine build... but all motor, I would recommend anything from 2.5" to 2.75".

so 2 1/4 would be restricting it? anyone know what torque specs to go bye for head bolts?? and what head bolts to use?

2.5 will be fine untill you start building it more
