ya im gonna do a few little things to the exterior using oem parts
first thing on the list is an oem ex spoiler and some foggies
then ill worry about a lip and a drop maybe
if it does get a drop itll be on adjustable coils so i can lift it up for winter

and drop it down in the summer so the fat bitches can get in right? ;)

Looks super clean Matt after the wash and wax

Matt doesn't go after fat bitches ;)

Any reason why you wanted to put a spoiler on it Matt? Personally I think the Accord looks better without a spoiler but that's my preference.

taking a break from the phat ass thread here.. lol..

civic is back together (mechanically) i fired it up the other night. runs perfect. no piston slap or leaks, no weird noises. im excited to get it out on the road. just put a fresh 2.1 qts of GM synchromesh friction modified in there.

next on the list is to paint the new bumpers (used OEM front and rears) and install those, then drive and enjoy the car @ 320whp for now. planning on unleashing it at speedfactory this spring, going to shoot for 400+ whp on methanol.

vids will be up as soon as i get it through the emissions part of the battle.. haha

btw I lifted the car up 1" on all four corners today. i was sick of the tires rubbing when cornering hard, and the low ground clearance was making me nervous (i dont like the oil pan of my $4k+ build hanging less than 3" above the pavement)

the fat fives on the car will be bead blasted and clear coated.

after that the car is cosmetically done.

yikes how do you plan on passing emissions? do they just check for codes through the obd2 port or do they put it on rollers and sniff the exhaust?

they just plug it in and check for codes, but im not sure if its even going to read considering the car has an obd1 ecu. i guess we will see..
im taking my tuner with me to make sure it gets through haha

im guessing it should read though because the map on the ecu is for an obd2 ls? idk how that works

You are kind of screwed if they plug in and check for codes. Once you install an obd1 ecu the obd2 diagnostic port is useless.

so I wonder if i should go get a door tag from an obd1 integra ls (the tags they scan when you roll through the emissions line) or if theres any way this is going to work, i cant be the only one that has tried to pass emissions with this setup.

best bet is to throw the stock injector and map sensor on and run the stock ecu. You should be able to limp it over.

License fraud is bad, mmmkay.
youre right
i think ill just cut the exhaust right after the turbo

meh, i dont know man. id have to return it to the stock map then, and i dont know how easy thats gonna be.
the car also doesnt have any o2 sensors. just my wideband.
