Mini Me Question

I am putting a d16y8 head on my d16y7 block. I know a ls/vtec swap needs to have an exterior oil line to feed the vtec solenoid. I was wondering if my swap needs an oil line also. Any help would be great.

no ... just take the oil jet out of the block (the head has its own)

where is it and how do you remove it.

it comes right out ... just use some needle nose plyers or something
