need ecu?

i have a 91 crx dx with a b16a motor swap. i have looked unbeleiveably hard to find a way to delete or bypass the speed limiter or governer. i cant find any thing. should i get a new ecu a hondata or what. need it to be cheap! around $250 to $300. please help

You could rechip your ECU. You can get stock chips that have the speed govenor removed on ebay for like $10.

what ecu are you running?

For the B16 you should propably have either the OBD0 PR3 or PW0... other wise I dunno... those ECU's work best with that engine.

or he could have converted to obd1 or be running a pm6 or pr4 with a vtec controller, etc. we need more info. on your set up to help you.

Why do you need to exceed 120mph? I've gone almost 130 with my stock pw0 ecu....

by the sounds of it, i believe he may be running a pm6 or something with a vtec controller.
