I recently finnished a minime on my 88 crx si with a y8 head. When ever i get over 5 grand, it starts dumping oil smoke. it also happens when i take a sharp turn. everything is torqued to spec. is it possible to have a bad valve or guide? what do i do to best diognose the problem? thanks in advance
 
i heard from a friend of mine that works on bikes that it sounds like a valve guide. guess we could do a leakdown eh?
 
a leak down test will tell u if it is a valve guide, but which one? theres 16 of them, and I really dont want to get into replacing all of them, nor paying for 16. Im also stumped on the part on taking turns fast and the oil being burned.
