Need Speed

Hey, I have an 89 Integra, I just replaced the tranny and clutch, still stock and all, but I want to know what I can do to make a drastic improvement in speed. I mean the car doesn't put me back in my seat anything like my friends 88 hatch with an ls motor. Can someone please help me and tell me what I could do to make the car faster without nos and the simple bolt ons.

save up for a swap and while you are saving up, buy nos to kill your engine. Hopefully, by the time you blow your engine, you will have cash for the swap. Have fun. And the day your engine comes, see if you can run a 9 sec 1/4 by running nos the whole race. Dont blow your self up in the process
