hey James....ever thought about going to a junkyard and getting old plates from there? try that! i know the one yard here, there are plates on some of the vehicles and if i recall i saw a few out of state plates but not sure what ones. i got Virginia covered for ya. i just gotta get an envelope and mail it to ya...lol.
