NO is f00ked. National guard is saying that the water is being blown over the levees that haven't failed yet, and they water is leaking into 3 wards faster than it can be pumped out. 9th ward is under water - again.

If I lived in NO, I'd move as far away as possible.

In other news, a 3.6 magnitude quake just hit near LA.
