PCV valve

so i was trying to switch out my PCV valve...i have a 94 integra ls...non vtec...all i have to do is pull it out right?...no...it wouldn't come out...so i hooked something around the L shaped top of it...and the top part broke off...so then i took some pliers to it to try and pull it out...and the thing shatters...so now i have almost next to none of the top half...and the bottom half is still stuck inside...how do i get the valve out?

i Replied to this in the other forum. as i said, the actual PCV should be metal , and the plastil L shape is just a thing ot get the hose at the right angle.

Next time, dont post in two forums!!
