rear disk brake swap?

so i was just wondering if i could go to a junk yard and just buy all the rear suspension stuff off a si del sol and swap it on to mine so i have rear disk brakes? is this possible? if so any modifications or it basiclly just bolts up?

you will need the brake likes and the e-brake cables too

I have a 93 civic, so I just need the rear suspension parts an brake lines an e-brake cables off any 92-95 civic or 94-01 integra with rear discs? Do i just hook the new brake lines into the existing ones, do i need a different brake booster? I've tried researching this, but all i find is the rear suspension parts but no instructions

I think the lines hook up together but not sure, and use the 15/16 booster out of an ex.
