remote wire

i installing a system in a 99 escort with the factory. i have everthing else hooked up but i dont know where i could hook the remote wire to.

really, any ignition powered fuse in the fuse box would be fine, or you could hook it up with a toggle to direct power. those are really the only two things i got.

thats what i thought. i got a cd changer in the back and i was going to try to run it off that

That would work as long as the changer doesnt power down when you switch to radio.
