Going for the B18C1 swap into my 92' civic HB running a D15B ( carburettor engine) , since this engine doesn't have ECU or harness , do i need to get a complete GSR engine with ECU and harness only ? or do i have to get more wires added on ? and will it matter if the GSR engine was OBD1 or OBD2 since the car doesn't have ECU in ?

since when do 92 civics have carbuerated engines, honda was did away with carburated automobile engines in 86. Unless some jackass swapped that shit for a 58 hp engine with moderate gas mileage you have fuel injection. Either way get a complete swap.

He may not live in the US.

no offense man,I've been there but you [EG4PROJECT] have alot of reading to do before deciding on what all you need.

I'm not living in the states , im living in the middle east (KSA) , hondas over there have different engines , we didn't receive any ITRs or CTRs or even GSRs !! the only model came with a powerful engine was the EK 96 with B16A2 , and only 4 cars came and quickly sold out ! ... So a complete swap is my only option ! but does it matter it the engine's ECU was OBD1 or OBD2 ?
