road racing at sears point last weekend

went to sears point this last weekend for my first time and drove in NASA's HPDE group 3. Had a blast, spun out on turn 2 once, woot! my buddy who was behind me in a blue wrx got part of it on video, we need to go through and edit a bunch of stuff before i can post it. he ended up blowing a goodrige steel braided line on the track, had to be towed off. luckly he was in an area with a lot of runoff (rare at sears) and was ok, car is ok too. my buddy took a bunch of pics of me and other races going on that day. check them out at

i'm the black civic del sol in the pictures, we are more towards the end of the goups of pictures.

this is one of my fav. shots, this guy is an animal on the track, smokes every other porsche out there.

a friend of mine, you can see her standing outside of my car with her helmet on in the pit, she got too drunk the night before with us and started to get sick in my car, had to drop her off.. lol

NASA does both sanctioned racing and HPDE (high performance driving events) i was doing the HPDE which is like open track day.
