Throttle Body ?

What will a bullfrog throttle body do for me. I have an almost stock d16y8. Will this t/b make a difference, and what else should I add to help it out ?

dont get a throttle body until you have all the other airflow components... intake, header exhaust, high flow cat.... intake manifold...

so i should get a intake manifold first. I have intake and i'm getting exhaust and header here in the next week. what will intake manifold do for me and what one should i get.
