Throws out of second gear

Aight this dude wants to sell me a z6. I couldnt drive it because its been wrecked. runs good... just over 100k miles BUT he told me when he cruises the tranny throws it out of second gear.... and sometimes third. Is it a throw out bearing like he said? or is the tranny junk. HELP me out~

sounds like a clutch and a bad syncro or two in the trans?

Bad synchro and/ or shift fork and/ or shift collar. Relatively cheap parts. Not so relatively cheap to fix if you're not confident in manual transmission overhaul.

Damn so wat do I do? the guy wants like 700 for the whole swap. The engine sounds nice, no smoke, 110k miles. Tell him like 600 cause the trans is junk?
