well again....good luck, but let me give you some words of wisdom.
dont let it go to ur head that u are "smoke free"
you got to realize that you are still addicted to nicoteen no matter how long
you have quit. therefore once your brain settles down from the lack of nicoteen and
ur feelin a bit better, make a list of the situations that cause u stress which might influence you
to smoke again
and dont fool yourself by thinking you can "cut down" to 2 or 3 smokes a day.
that is the biggest fucking crock of shit i have ever heard (i tried it too)
sooner or later ull be back to smoking again.
and not to burst ur bubble, but the average person needs at least 3 tries to quit.
so if u dont succeed at first, try the patch or the pill.
and to be honest......its not ALL about "how strong you are in the mind"
smokes are just a motherfucker. so whatever way u can stop them by all means
do it. im going on the patch when my girlfried (yay me! 2 year loosing streak broken finally)
goes out of town ona business trip.
