what up everybody,
does anyone know what auto trans fluid goes into a jdm b16a/auto tranny combo? i believe the donor vehicle was a 93 civic sir. thanks for any help.

The dumba* mechanic that came highly recommended to me thought he could use oil on my 5spd manual .. I noticed it was kinda stiff to shift, he said my trans was getting old. Though I now have symptoms of input bearing shaft damage, I switched to Honda fluids & the thing is smooth.

Use only the Honda stuff, because it works & it's cheaper than replacing parts.

honda fluid period! I used alot of crap on my 5 speed. regular oil,gear oil,syncromesh. i finally busted my tranny. using the same s worn syncros and gears i put a new case and diff. in it. i used honda MTF and it shifts so smooth now.
