oookay, on my 1st gen B16A, on the back(firewall) side of the the intake manifold, there's some kinda tumor or somethin...it has 2 plugs on it, and is connected to the manifold/fuel rail with hoses....it looks like at one point it was connected to the firewall of the donor car...

is this some sort of prehistoric MAP/TPS? what the hell is this? and where do i connect it? (the wires are cut about 7-8 inches from the plugs) should it go somewhere on the wiring harness?? please help!!

yeah, get a pic and I can probably tell you what it is
if it's the map sensor then it should say "map" on it and the map sensory mounts to the fire wall not the intake mani

the pic that I posted is of a D15 motor, the thing that is circled is the evap purge valve which is not on jdm b16 I found out

the thing witht the white plug coming off of it looks like the evap purge valve

the one on the bottom with the plug molded to it is the map sensor.
the map mounts to the firewall, the evap should mount to the mani somewhere not sure though cause mine doesn't have one (mine is JDM, aparently they don't use them)
