Was wondering if there existed some sort of upgraded rod bearings for the B18B ?

If so, who makes it and where can I find it ?

Honda bearing are going to be your best bet. ACL bearings used to be reccomended here (not sure recently). Though I thought that ACL bearings were manufactured by the same company as Federal-Mogul. I don't know this for sure, can someone please confirm or deny.
 
Not sure about the ACLs. Honda OEM are still the best in my opinion.
