dude there no 2003 h22 engine for sale.. dey sellin 97-2001 prelude types/sh h22a 223hp@6800rpm, 163lbs-ft@5500 rpm..... and 92-96 prelude/accord h22a 200hp@6800rpm, 161lbs-ft@5500rpm..
97-2001 is what you need if you decide you want an h22. the 92-96 had a closed deck, which doesn't allow for much work as far as internals go

ok sure ill take 97-2001 type s h22:D but that motor cant handle over redline ?

the sounds to me 97-2001 is way better than 92-96 h22.

you need to check your prices man
last i heard it was at least 6k to put a k in your car and about 10k for a good one
That's my friends car, so i know what he has in it. He did get the hook up on a few small things, but for the most part he has about 7500 in it, not including the car. the rwd_crx guy said he has 5-6k, soo, thats not too far off. mostly the shit my friend got hooked up on was aftermarket parts that weren't necessary.

yo reckedracing which would u lyk me to get JDM Engine Depot or JDM Engine Depot???

well the k series parts cost alots of money than i thought! even if i want to get alots power up to 500-700 whp that gunna be cost me fukin around 20k!!!
probably more than that. One question i don't think anyone has even asked is, why do you want 500-700hp? What are you planning to do with the car? If you are gonna be tight on $$, then how do you expect to be able to afford to trailor this thing to the drag strip and race? You don't really think that at closer to 700hp this thing will be streetable do you?

in my opinion, a lower hp car that you can reasonably drive on the street or a road race track would be much more enjoyable.
