The only reason he can go in there is if he has probable cause.. like, when you opened the door he saw people in the background snorting coke off of a dead hooker. Then it would be ok to enter without a warrant.

P.S. If it goes to court, DONT use any witnesses under the age of 21. He'll use that against you.

No court, I think he knew that we knew and was just trying to scare the few that didn't have the knowledge. But thanks for the info.
