This past Sunday we got Neil's Donuts( best donuts ever in CT). I bought fucking 6 donuts and i ate 70% of them after splitting a bacon egg and cheese on a hard roll with my wife.
My health has fluctuated a lot. I'm 6'1, and in 2019 I went from 238 to 178lbs, largely by doing HIT 2 days a week and heavy lifting 1 day a week, low carb diet and playing basketball 2-3 days a week and football 1 day.
Fast forward to being in a committed relationship, tearing my meniscus and getting married November of last year and I'm back up to 210lbs so I'm trying trying come back down. I don't have nearly as much time as I used to so I'm trying to be more efficient with what I can do. The bright side is my strength numbers have gone up a lot, when I was fully cutting I could only bench 175 and now I'm repping 205 on the bench, but I know I need to get back to dieting and doing the HIT stuff. I'll be 25 in December so I'm hitting the period in my life where I should be peaking physically and I don't want to miss out, you know?
Any advice is welcome.
Yep lolwait, you eat all that food in 1 hour?
For the most part. Sometimes I'll do ground turkey and add more avocado, cheese, or sour cream to meet my fat goals for the day. I eat a lot of ribeye, too :drools:@Matts96HB And you eat ground beef every day?
Wow! And you prob poop once a month? My system/cholestrol would be completely F'd if I ate that much. For the most part. Sometimes I'll do ground turkey and add more avocado, cheese, or sour cream to meet my fat goals for the day. I eat a lot of ribeye, too :drools:

Definitely have to get that diet in check man. I made some gains with a crappy diet but they were largely "dirty" gains. Slimming down is damn near impossible without proper nutritionDam Matt ...190 ...nice man 190 seems like a wish that will never come true for me. I've only been working out 1 or 2 times a week over the past couple of months. Had a couple minor injury setbacks. I actually have carpal tunnel, how fucking gay is that. Couldn't feel a few fingers on my right hand. They went completely numb. Had to do some PT and splint at night. Most of the feeling came back but its not gone yet.
It's amazing how much strength you lose. I barely got 305 up. But I'm ready to get back into it. Still around weighing in around 216ish. I need my mojo back. And getting my diet in check would be nice too.

It's taken a long time to get here.. just when I think I have myself figured out, I learn something new that works better (or so it seems) lolCongrats Matt, definitely something I would not be able to do.
I had it in both hands. Surgery was the way to go for me. Months later my strength came back, and I was able to sleep better.
Exactly. Minus the starving partHow to Achieve:
Eat 25 steaks between 4 and 415 pm.
Starve the rest of the day.
Thanks mang!Swole
