Sounds like you don't want to sell it or want to start a bidding war....good luck. its only worth $200 (including shipping) to my door. Try e-bay

Plus the new laws say only a Del Sol can have a JDM B16 if you want it BAR'd/REF'd

what else besides the p30 ecu do you need to pass smog??

As of right now...you cannot ref a b16 in any civic except a del sol. in CALIFORNIA

When you could ref it still...you needed a USDM ECU, throttle body, intake minifold and purge solenoid (with...obviously...a USDM wiring harness that has the purge valve wiring attached)

Or you could tap the line for the purge on the JDM intake manifold.
