zc in 88 dx

just finished up a swap on a 88 dx w/ zc engine runs great but the ecu is throwing codes 13 and 20 i think 20 is from a bad ground but what the hell is this "atmospheric pressure" code 13???

atmospheric pressure sensor located behind right side of dash on kick panel - red/white wire to C9 at ECU
