That's pretty much what I would build minus the moving wall part. If I had the cash id build a house completely out of concrete with grounded wire mesh in the walls, floor and ceiling. Id have some windows and such but it would be blast resistant and the doors would be steel core.
 
Isn't one door against basically every fire code ever?

but, i would love to have that house. imagine how well insulated it is. especially when closed up.
i love the look of it, and the uses would be awesome.
