I've looked everywhere and can only find an answer to one of my questions. I have a check engine light in my 91 si just swaped b16a1. The LED is reading 2 long blinks and 1 short. The two long is for an O2 sensor but I cant find the 1 short blink anyone know what it is?

I am getting ready to buy a B16a1 engine swap and I had the guy send me the compression and leak down numbers from japan. The leak down is at 9% and the compression is 205 +/- 5 or 10 per cylinder. Are these numbers good? Or should I look elsewhere? Thx
