    boost sputter @ high boost

    question, 2nd gear im at 13 lbs with creep up to 15. 3,4,5 gear i get a heavy sputter when i hit full boost. it does not do it in 2nd gear. only 3rd+ when i hit full boost. i thought i was hitting boost cut because of the boost creep. my boost cut is at 22.9lbs. I have a Motorola 2.5bar map...

    b16 block + gsr head turbo setup...

    i got a gsr head that i want to use on my b16 block. from what ive read the gsr head will up my compression, not lower it. i thought becuase it was for a bigger motor that it *should* lower the compression. ive heard the gsr head also flows better mid-range, but the b16 head flows better up top...

    BEST OIL FOR TURBO CARS. who knows?

    currently using 5w30 royal purple. been looking at amsoil 0w-30. it would seem that the 0w-30 would have a better cold start and lubrication and would still maintain the same protection when warm.
