i tore up some bearings due to lack of oil i was wondering if my crank can be repaired and if not would an ls crank fit my mains crank girlde etc(type-r engine)
i just took apart my motor and the cam caps as well as the head material for the journals had little tiny nicks in them what can i do to take care of these little scratches do i need a new head? please i need to know asap
i have some civic type-r cams that are for sale if u want them i can take pics and post them if neccesary i dont no how much i want but somewhere in the 350+ so make an offer* i also have edelbrock valve springs and titanium retainers(brand new) i will give it all away for 550 if u buy together...
just to clarify im not the noob i sound to be :angry: i did miss hear it was toulene and it is a paint thinner substance you mix with you gass 5% by volume to get that ten real points of octane boostage
i heard that if u mix tallyweed with your gas you will raise it about 10 real points like from 91 to 101 has anyone else heard of this or know of any negative side effects?
I know the g-tech is pretty crappy for trying to figure out times at least in my expierience but what about measuring diff in time between putting on parts
ex.
g-tech says i run 12 i take to track and run 13 duh its wrong
but what about if i run 11.8 after part X is that mean at the track i...
does anyone know any good tuners in so.cal who can tune my setup and how much time should i be buying hr 2 etc

well the g-tech tells me i run a
14.10 at 103.7(with a 160lb friend in the car)
so someone give me and idea of how close it is
