I know, it looks crooked, but I fixed it.

sweet mang. can't wait to see the other pics!

I thought that too, but once he gets the back spacer welded in, it'll be fine.

Take a look at your car, it's only like 1/8" stuff... His metal might be a little bigger than stock ones actually!

+ take into consideration that these motors are only like 250lbs. You've got 3 structural supports, so it distributes that weight, so that 'thin' mount might be only holding under 100lbs... and welded steel can support lots of weight!!!

Keep it up Klyph.. lets get some more pics in this beast!
:p

those mounts are thicker than the ones in my mirage, and my motor doesnt move :)

KLYPH; What are your plans for how the car is going to look? ( wheels, stance,JDM,USDM,etc.)

EG6SIR; I meant to ask if that was his final decision or not, my apologies. the silver on it really doesn't look that bad though.

Fobangah, I'll probly just paint it silver again.

And now feast your eyes

Here's a pic that shows the clearance of the drivers side tie rod to the oil pan

These show the clearance to the front and rear crossmembers.

And this shows the clearance to the firewall

And she's finally mounted!

Yes, that's right. SHE'S MOUNTED

That is so badass... If only I had a shop, the things I would try after being inspired by you!

This gives me hope for my car, it may not be dead yet! If a '78 can live again, so can a '95!

On a side note, however, how much moolah would you say you've dumped into the project so far? And, more importantly, how much are you planning on dumping altogether?

thats nice, but what are you going to do for a header :)
